1. Booking & Payments

Q: Is it safe to book online through your website?

A: Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data. Your payment information is processed through secure payment gateways, and we never store your credit card details.

How can I pay for my booking?

We offer flexible payment options to suit your convenience:

• Full Payment: You can pay the total amount online at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway.

• Deposit Option: You can choose to pay only a small deposit amount online to secure your spot. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by card on the day of your tour.

Why are your prices slightly higher than some other online platforms?

At Trips for Turkey, we prioritize service quality over being the cheapest. Unlike many online resellers, we work directly with the official tour operators of major incoming agencies. This ensures you receive premium service, including licensed guides and high-standard vehicles. While our prices are slightly above budget-tier websites, they are significantly lower than the retail rates offered at hotel desks or traditional travel agencies.

Do you offer multi-day tour packages?

No, we specialize exclusively in daily tours. By focusing all our energy and resources on daily experiences, we ensure that every single tour is curated with the highest level of local expertise and attention to detail.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We offer a unique and fair refund policy that stands out in the industry:

• More than 24 hours notice: You receive a 100% Full Refund.

• Less than 24 hours notice: While most other platforms offer no refund at all for last-minute cancellations, we provide a 50% refund. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we aim to share that burden with our guests.

• No-show: No refund is issued if the guest does not show up for the tour.

What happens if a tour (like a Balloon flight) is cancelled due to weather?

If a tour is cancelled by official authorities (such as Civil Aviation for balloons) due to weather or safety reasons, you are entitled to a 100% full refund or the option to reschedule if availability permits.

3. Tour Experience & Logistics

Who will be my guide during the tour?

Since we partner with the most reputable incoming operators, all our tours are led by professional, licensed guides certified by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. They are experts in their fields and speak excellent English (or your preferred language).

Are hotel pick-up and drop-off services included?

Yes, for the majority of our daily tours, we provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off from centrally located hotels in regions like Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Antalya. Please refer to the “Inclusions” section of your specific tour page.

Are museum fees and lunch included in the price?

Most of our daily tours are all-inclusive, meaning we cover museum entrance fees and lunch so you can have a hassle-free day. We recommend checking the specific tour description for any exceptions.

Do you offer private tour options?

Absolutely. Any of our daily tours can be organized as a private experience for individuals, families, or groups. Please contact our support team for a custom quote and itinerary.
